Pick Up Your Card (Fargo-Moorhead Branches)
Our Fargo-Moorhead customers can pick up their ATM or debit cards the same day they open an account or order a new card.

  • Stop by any Fargo-Moorhead branch before 2:00 p.m. (CST) to order your instant issuance card. Ordering instant issuance cards must be done in person.
  • Stop by our 40th Ave S location in Fargo after a short 2-hour turnaround time to pick up your card!

Pick Up Your Card (Watford City Branch)
Our Watford City customers can pick up their ATM or debit cards the same day they open an account or order a new card.

  • Stop by our Watford City branch before 2:00 p.m. (CST) to order your instant issuance card. Ordering instant issuance cards must be done in person.
  • Stop back at the Watford City branch after a short 2-hour turnaround time to pick up your card!

  • Stop by our Gilbert branch after a short 2-hour turnaround time to pick up your card!

Get Your Card By Mail (All Locations)
At all First International Bank & Trust locations, we generally mail debit and ATM cards the same day as your instant issuance is ordered, so you can start enjoying convenient payments and withdrawals as soon as possible.

Custom PINs and Instant Re-PIN
You don’t have to wait for a mailer with your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Stop by your local branch to pick out your own personal PIN–or choose a new one if you forget it.

  • You must be present to pick your PIN and sign for the card; PINs cannot be changed over the phone.
  • PIN change requests cannot be made on behalf of someone else.
