Responsible for maintaining a level of contact with clients commiserate with levels established in the Trust Division guidelines and retaining all suitable account relationships on an ongoing basis.
•Performs continuing administration of assigned accounts, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, estates, investment management/advisory accounts, conservatorships, custody, IRAs, and escrow accounts.
•Provides such services as calculating and making distributions to beneficiaries, paying appropriate bills, insuring tax returns are prepared and filed on a timely basis, overseeing investment management review and implementation, coordinating real estates and trusts.
•Contributes to on-going sales and revenue efforts of the company by maintaining awareness of products and services offered and by cultivating the ability to refer prospects to the appropriate business development officers of the company.
•Maintains relationships with other professionals, bank/financial services contacts, and customers to identify new business opportunities.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years prior Trust Officer experience with proven personal trust administration, business development and leadership skills. Candidates with a well established network of clients or potential client network perferred.
