| Experience and learn about our beautiful McDowell Sonoran Preserve by participating in the "Preserve Connections" tours, a free program sponsored by the city and the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy for residents who may not have direct access to visit the Preserve. Participants are transported by bus from the Granite Reef Senior Cener to one of the preserve access areas, where conservancy stewards lead hikes the highlight Sonoran Desert flora and fauna.
